Give Away Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or older. Employees of Speewah Gardens and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must: - Follow Speewah Gardens. - Like the giveaway post. - Tag at least one friend in the comments (1 friend = 1 entry). - Bonus entries will be awarded for sharing the giveaway post in stories and tagging @speewahgardens.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted from Thursday, 29 November 2024, to Sunday, 8 December 2024 (Cairns time).
4. Prize
The winner will receive a 3-night stay at Speewah Gardens Airbnb, valid outside peak season up until May 31st 2025, though not including school holidays and long weekends (except the first 2 weeks from giveaway promotion finish date.) Booking periods available for the giveaway are therefore from the 9th Dec - 23rd Dec 2024 28th Jan - 4th April 2025 22nd April - 31st May 2025
Note - any public holiday weekend falling during these periods are unavailable to book through the promotion. The giveaway must be booked for dates prior to the 1st of June 2025 when the giveaway period ends. Booking changes must be changed 1 week prior to rebook without losing your prize. Please contact booking manager direct to make changes and reschedule your booking. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Additional guests may be added to the booking at the nightly rate of $100 per room (this is for 2 people sharing the room). There is a max of 3 rooms extra to fill the booking capacity (which is 6 extra guests at the 10 person capacity.) Extra rooms booked will be added to the entire 3 day booking once booked.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random and announced on Monday, 9 December 2024, via Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be contacted directly through the platform they entered on.
6. Exclusions
The prize does not include travel expenses or other associated costs.
7. Disclaimers
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. - By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram of any responsibility.
8. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to have their name mentioned in the winner announcement and their data used solely for the purposes of this competition.
9. Organizer Rights
Speewah Gardens reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
